WE ARE A CHRISTIAN CHURCH
We require no other creed. He alone is Lord and Savior. The church belongs to Him. We have no authority to change Bible teachings.

WE ARE NON-DENOMINATIONAL
Like the church in the Bible, we are an independent congregation. We determine our leader's call, support our Ministers, and decide our missions, according to the leading of God's Holy Spirit in prayer and scripture.

WE ARE "CHRISTIANS ONLY, NOT THE ONLY CHRISTIANS"
We are listed with the Directory of Ministries for the Christian Church/Church of Christ for the purpose of fellowship, education and mission, but we seek the unity of all Christians in the Church universal.

Leadership

While God and the Bible are the ultimate authority for Yuma Christian Church, there is a leadership structure to keep the ministry of the church moving correctly.

The leadership of YCC has a few integral parts. First, Elders. YCC is first and foremost an Elder-led church. The Elders provide oversight, vision, and guidance to the corporate side of the church and most importantly the spiritual side of the church.

Second, Pastors. The Pastor provides the leadership and everyday decision making for the paid staff. The paid staff is made up of full-time and part-time ministry staff.

At the end of the day, the YCC leadership hopes that the office work our staff completes reflects God and brings the members and attendees that much closer to the Father.
